Currently, all trademark statuses are pending substantive examination. Sailes Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in September 2012, with Cen Yuanchuan as the legal representative and registered capital of approximately 10.64 billion RMB. Its business scope includes internet information services, software development, artificial intelligence basic software development, data processing and storage support services, information technology consulting services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by Sailes, China International Manufacturing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Fund, Industrial and Commercial Bank Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., among others.
