The post advised U.S. citizens to follow local media for the latest updates on the situation and consult commercial airlines for information on flights out of Iran. Additionally, U.S. citizens can travel overland to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Turkmenistan, but should avoid traveling to regions adjacent to Afghanistan, Iraq, or Pakistan.
