Evergrande High-Tech: Hubei Craftsmen Semiconductor's thousand-ton level CVD silicon carbide production line officially starts mass production today.

The first phase of the 1000-ton CVD silicon-carbon anode production line invested by Evergrande High-Tech in Hubei Jiangxin New Materials Co., Ltd. has been put into trial operation in Yichang High-tech Zone. It is reported that Hubei Jiangxin has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, which will be developed in multiple phases. The first phase of the 1000-ton production line that has been put into operation has the conditions for mass production on a large scale, and the second phase of the production line has completed project filing, and will be further constructed in an orderly manner.
