Phoenix Corporation announced that from January to March 2026, there were no new real estate land reserves, no new construction area started and completed; the area of commodity housing contract sales was 5766.98 square meters, an increase of 16.25% compared to the same period last year, with a contract sales amount of 70.08 million yuan, a decrease of 28.31% compared to the same period last year; lease income was 10.17 million yuan, a decrease of 12.97% compared to the same period last year.
