Liteon Electronics announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Shao Shuwei directly holds 94,891,440 shares of the company, accounting for 36.17% of the total share capital. In this round of release of pledged shares, 21,000,000 shares were released, accounting for 22.13% of the number of shares directly held by Shao, and 8.01% of the total share capital of the company. As of the date of the announcement, Shao Shuwei and his concerted parties collectively directly hold 116,919,180 shares of the company, accounting for 44.57% of the total share capital. After the release of the pledged shares, the shares directly held by them are no longer under pledge.
