According to media reports, Hangzhou Jingdong Jiwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the core unit XS010101-08 of Hangzhou Century City with 663 million yuan. The plot is located in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City, with a land area of 2.6297 hectares, designated for commercial and financial use. According to Tianyancha App, Hangzhou Jingdong Jiwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2025, with Xu Baoqian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100,000 yuan. It is fully owned by Beijing Jingdong Century Trading Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that commercial and financial land is a secondary classification under commercial service land, mainly used for business services and operational office spaces, including office buildings, financial institutions' business premises, corporate independent office spaces, as well as information network services, e-commerce, advertising media, and other formats.
