Wu Ganping appointed as Chairman of China United Life Insurance.

Guolian Life Insurance recently announced that Mr. Wu Ganping will be appointed as the chairman of the board of directors of Guolian Life Insurance on April 17, 2026. On the same day, Guolian Life Insurance announced changes in the composition of the board of directors: 1. Qian Fang and Qiao Jie will no longer serve as directors of the company, and Jiang Fuxin, Liu Rongtao, Cui Minxuan, and Mao Xiaoying will no longer serve as independent directors of the company; 2. Wu Ganping will serve as a director and chairman of the company, Gao Jinyun will serve as an employee director of the company, and Ji Xiaoqing, Wang He, Zang Wenbin, and Xu Yuzhou will serve as independent directors of the company.
