Report: Bitcoin whales buy at the fastest pace in a year.

Cex.IO reported that so-called Bitcoin "whales" increased their holdings by 45,000 bitcoins in their wallets last week. The company defines whales as holders with 100 to 10,000 bitcoins, and last week was the largest increase by these buyers since July 2025. The company noted that it is noteworthy that these large wallet holders almost simultaneously bought Bitcoin. Cex.IO stated: "In recent months, they have mostly been increasing their holdings separately, with some buying in while others stay flat or sell." "This week they all bought together, indicating that the bullish momentum is strengthening." The company stated that in the past three months, long-term holders have increased their holdings by more than 1 million bitcoins in their wallets.
