Haishun New Materials announced that for the 2025 annual equity distribution, the total share capital of 193,538,184 shares will be adjusted to 184,009,809 shares after deducting the repurchased shares of 9,528,375 shares as the base. A cash dividend of 6 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, with a total cash dividend of 110 million yuan; for every 10 shares, 4.6 shares will be converted, increasing the total share capital to 278,182,696 shares after conversion. The record date for equity registration is April 27, 2026, and the ex-rights and ex-dividend date is April 28, 2026. In addition, the conversion price of "Haishun Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted from 17.29 yuan/share to 11.63 yuan/share.
