Tianfu Communication announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianfu Singapore, plans to establish SuperX Optical Communications Pte. Ltd. in collaboration with SuperX and APEX VERVE LIMITED with a total investment of 2 million Singapore dollars. Tianfu Singapore intends to subscribe to 700,000 Singapore dollars, accounting for a 35% shareholding. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a significant asset restructuring, and does not require approval from the board of directors or shareholders' meeting. The investment may face various risks, the funds come from the subsidiary's own funds and will not have a negative impact on the company's normal operations.
