Net profit was 31.95 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 78.23 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans to distribute cash dividends of 0.29 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital on the record date of the equity distribution in 2025, totaling a proposed cash dividend of 9.78 million yuan, accounting for 30.61% of the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in 2025. In 2025, the company will not issue bonus shares or increase capital through capital reserves.
