Guotou Silver ETF: Warning of premium risk for Class A shares and temporary suspension of trading

Guotou UBS Fund announced that the secondary market trading price of Guotou UBS Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund A class shares under its management is significantly higher than the net asset value, with a large premium rate. To protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from April 22, 2026 until 10:30, and resume trading at 10:30. Redemption services will be processed as usual during the suspension period. If the premium rate does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspension measures. The fund has suspended purchase services since January 28, 2026, and the resumption time will be announced separately.
