Tianfu Energy announced that the company's controlling subsidiary Kinbang New Energy and related party Jintai Electric Power have engaged in the purchase and sale of electricity business and signed related contracts, with a total transaction amount not exceeding 61 million yuan. The transaction has been reviewed by the company's independent director's meeting and board of directors, and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
