BYD's third largest shareholder will again benefit from a medical IPO. Genetic testing company AnnorU-Data has submitted documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange three times.

According to media reports, Annor-Uda Gene Technology Co., Ltd. recently submitted its third application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Public information shows that the company focuses on non-invasive prenatal genetic testing and other clinical sequencing solutions, and is also developing new product pipelines for Alzheimer's disease testing. Tianyancha App shows that Annor-Uda Gene Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2012, with Li Zhimin as the legal representative and registered capital of approximately 59.89 million RMB. Its business scope includes technical services, software development, production and sales of medical devices. Shareholder information shows that Xia Zuoquan is one of the shareholders of the company, holding approximately 10% of the shares. Interestingly, Tianyancha also shows that Xia Zuoquan holds a 2.72% stake in BYD Company Limited. Public information shows that Xia Zuoquan is one of the co-founders of BYD.
