The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) is focusing on the core issues of insufficient execution reliability, uncontrollable invocation processes, and unreliable compliance and security, which are concerns of the industry. The first batch of trustworthy skills governance testing and evaluation work is officially launched. The testing system revolves around three categories of "trustworthy execution," "controllable invocation," and "reliable compliance," with a total of 15 indicators and over 70 subdivided items. "Trustworthy execution" focuses on the functional effectiveness, execution reproducibility, and interface standardization of skills; "controllable invocation" mainly focuses on the control abilities of service measurement, change, and termination throughout the process; "reliable compliance" comprehensively examines access compliance, identity permissions, business audits, and service security requirements. The first batch of testing and evaluation work officially starts today, covering directions such as skills governance, skills library governance, and intelligent entity skills governance. Material review, technical testing, expert review, and other work are expected to be carried out from May to June 2026, with the final results to be released at a relevant industry conference in July 2026. In the future, CAICT will continue to conduct research and ecosystem development related to trustworthy skills governance systems.
