Yabang Group: The public listing of the transfer of equity and debt of Ningxia Yadi has not been completed.

Yabang Co., Ltd. announced that on March 10, 2026, the company publicly listed and transferred Henglong Company's 100% equity in Yadi in Ningxia and its own debt to Yadi in Ningxia on the Changzhou Produce Exchange, with a package listing price of 52.6001 million yuan. On April 21, when the transfer announcement period expired, only one potential transferee was solicited. The transferee passed the eligibility review but failed to pay the full deposit on time, and the transaction did not go through. The company will make appropriate arrangements for the equity and debt and disclose the progress in a timely manner.
