With regard to H&B Biology: Some product production lines are planned to undergo technological upgrades, with an expected completion time of no more than 12 months.
H&B Bio announced that, affected by intensified market competition, the company plans to upgrade the production lines of some products. The production facility of soda ash is aging, which has led to decreased efficiency and high costs. The company plans to carry out technological transformation and upgrading, expected to last no more than 12 months. The float glass production line is aging, and the company plans to dismantle two production lines and merge them into one 1500t/d large-scale melter, with an expected duration of about 12 months. This technological upgrade aligns with the company's strategy and will not have a significant negative impact on normal operations. Although it may reduce production and revenue of related products, it will not affect operating profit, as the soda ash product experienced a loss in the previous fiscal year. The investment in technological upgrades is small and does not require review by the board of directors.
