Zhejiang: The total GDP of the province in the first quarter was 2.3684 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.0%.

Deputy Director and spokesperson of the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics, Chu Yingguo, introduced that according to the unified accounting results of regional gross domestic product (GDP), the total GDP of the province in the first quarter was 2.3684 trillion yuan, calculated at constant prices, an increase of 6.0% year-on-year. Breaking it down by industry, the value added of the primary industry was 400 billion yuan, an increase of 4.4%; the value added of the secondary industry was 8.699 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.7%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 14.585 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.7%.
