Xiaomi car announces new patent for fault diagnosis.

Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, the patent for "Fault Diagnosis Method, Device, Equipment, Medium and Product" applied by Xiaomi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. has been published. The abstract shows that this disclosure involves a fault diagnosis method, where the types of faults include communication hardware faults and/or communication software faults; this method is applied in scenarios like intelligent cabins and screen projection. By utilizing interface status information based on communication day and CEC protocol command information, the method determines the communication fault types between the target device from both hardware and software dimensions. This not only achieves accurate fault location, but also reduces manual intervention and can clearly identify the root cause of the displayed fault, avoiding blind troubleshooting. It can also improve the compatibility of this method.
