According to the Qichacha APP, Zhongchuang Kaibo Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, new material technology promotion services, manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, and sales of new energy vehicles. Shareholding information from Qichacha shows that the company is fully owned by Zhongchuang Xinhang.
