The General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government has issued the "Implementation Plan for the National Digital Economy Innovation Development Pilot Zone." It proposes to conduct exploration of cutting-edge technologies, accelerate the pilot application and commercialization of technologies such as brain-computer interfaces, sixth-generation mobile communication, and quantum computing, and establish a common technology research and development service platform. It will also conduct research on the mechanism of the Third Generation Internet Innovation Experimental Field, explore the creation of a trustworthy technology base based on smart contracts, and carry out technology verification in an orderly manner.
