In March, the civil aviation passenger transport volume increased by 12.1% year-on-year.

According to the Civil Aviation Administration, in March, the passenger transport volume of civil aviation reached 66.32 million, an increase of 12.1% year-on-year. Among them: the passenger transport volume of domestic air routes was 59.51 million, an increase of 11.5% year-on-year; the passenger transport volume of international air routes was 7.121 million, an increase of 17% year-on-year. As for cargo and mail transport, in March, the cargo and mail transport volume of civil aviation was 851,000 tons, an increase of 4.2% year-on-year. Among them: the cargo and mail transport volume of domestic air routes was 458,000 tons, an increase of 1.3% year-on-year; the cargo and mail transport volume of international air routes was 393,000 tons, an increase of 7.8% year-on-year.
