The pharmacy deceives insurance by changing the prescription and reconciling accounts in one stop. Multiple well-known pharmacies are engaged in a chain scam to fraudulently obtain medical insurance funds.

In March, an investigation by reporters found that some branches of chain pharmacies such as Lao Baixing Pharmacy, Yang Tian, and Dawayao have been illegally diverting medical insurance funds: cosmetics and health food are being disguised as "medicines" for billing. The staff skillfully avoid monitoring, forge prescriptions, and implement "drug swapping schemes," and have already developed a fixed operating mode.
