Italian energy group ENI has made a natural gas discovery in the waters of Indonesia, with an estimated resource of approximately 50 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and 300 million barrels of condensate. The discovery was made by the exploration well Geliga-1 in the Ganal block of the Kutei Basin, located about 70 kilometers off the coast of East Kalimantan.
