City Land Holdings announced that its operating income in 2025 was 3.858 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 138.02%; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 67.065 million yuan, a decrease compared to a net loss of 345 million yuan in the same period last year. The company does not plan to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase share capital through capital reserve in 2025.
