Both parties agreed to jointly develop the overseas market for the original drugs and formulations of Benomyl. The estimated overseas registration costs and other expenses amount to $33.2088 million, which will be borne by the company. The expenses will be settled in installments based on actual costs. The registration of Benomyl-related products in the overseas market will be completed jointly by both parties.
