Shengtun Mining: The controlling subsidiary intends to sign an agreement with Groenergy International for investment in solar storage projects and energy management.

Shengtun Mining announced that its controlling subsidiary, Brother Mining SASU, intends to sign a "Solar Storage Project Investment and Energy Management Agreement" with Green Energy International Limited. Green Energy International will be responsible for the design, construction, and all investment of the solar storage power station, and will provide energy-saving services to BMS. After the completion of the solar storage power station, BMS will consume 100% of the generated electricity at a discounted price as specified in the contract during the project collaboration period. It is estimated that BMS will pay approximately 48.06 million US dollars in electricity bills over the 10-year cooperation period.
