Saite Co., Ltd. announced that it has recently received a notice from shareholder Ms. Zeng Hui to release part of the pledged shares. On April 17, Zeng Hui released two batches of pledged shares, totaling 10.3 million shares, accounting for 21.41% of her total shareholding and 3.80% of the company's total share capital. After the release of the pledge, Zeng Hui holds 48.1008 million shares of the company, accounting for 17.74% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledged quantity of 12.95 million shares, accounting for 26.92% of her directly held shares and 4.78% of the company's total share capital, and she has no plan to continue pledging shares after this release.
