The total value of imports and exports in Fujian Province increased by 8.5% year-on-year in the first quarter.

Recently, reporters learned from a press conference held by Fuzhou Customs that in the first quarter of this year, the total value of foreign trade imports and exports in Fujian Province reached 479.53 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5% compared to the same period last year. Among them, exports were 269.51 billion yuan, an increase of 0.7%; imports were 210.02 billion yuan, an increase of 20.4%. The quarterly growth rate of 8.5% in total imports and exports set a new high since 2024.
