In the first quarter, Henan's GDP grew by 5.2% year-on-year.

According to the Henan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, based on the unified accounting of regional gross domestic product, the gross domestic product of Henan Province in the first quarter was 1.5914.52 billion yuan, calculated at constant prices, an increase of 5.2% year-on-year. By industry, the value added of the primary industry was 67.297 billion yuan, an increase of 2.9%; the value added of the secondary industry was 597.309 billion yuan, an increase of 5.5%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 926.846 billion yuan, an increase of 5.1%.
