Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics has developed a new type of metal-organic compound potassium ion solid electrolyte

It was learned from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences that recently, a team at the institute has developed a new type of alkaline metal hydroxypyridine salt material. Among them, metal organic compounds represented by potassium salt of hydroxypyridine in the meta position show a relatively high potassium ion conduction rate and can be used as a solid-state electrolyte for potassium ions.
