Wisdom Technology: plans to globally issue 13.7952 million H shares, with an issue price not exceeding 183.20 Hong Kong dollars.

On the morning of April 20, Xizhi Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally issue 13,795,215 H shares, with 689,775 H shares to be sold in Hong Kong and 13,105,440 H shares to be sold internationally, with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The maximum offer price is HK$183.20 per share; it is expected that the shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 28, 2026.
