Iranian Army Commander: Will resist to the last drop of "the last drop of blood"

According to reports from the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting on the 19th, Iranian Army Chief of Staff Hatami said that the army will firmly execute the orders of the Supreme Leader and resist the enemy until the "last drop of blood." Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said in a written statement on the occasion of Iran's Army Day on the 18th that the Iranian navy is ready for action and prepared to deliver a "new devastating blow" to the enemy at any time. He stated that Iran must double its efforts, enhance all aspects of its military capabilities, and take necessary measures to achieve this goal. In response to this, Hatami said on the 19th that the army will resist the enemy to the death, until the "last drop of blood," to bring victory to Iran. He said that the troops will face the enemy, hold weapons, await orders, and be ready to sacrifice their lives at any time.
