Sandstorm blue warning: Some areas in 10 provinces and cities may experience sand blowing or floating dust.

The China Meteorological Administration issued a blue warning for sandstorms at 18:00 on April 18. Due to the influence of cold air and strong winds, it is expected that from 20:00 on April 18 to 20:00 on April 19, there will be blowing sand or floating dust in some areas of southern and eastern Xinjiang, central and western Gansu, northern Qinghai, central and southeastern Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, central and northern Shaanxi, Shanxi, central and western Hebei, Beijing, and western Tianjin. Among them, there will be sandstorms in some parts of southern and eastern Xinjiang, northwestern Inner Mongolia, and western Gansu, with locally strong sandstorms.
