According to the Housing and Construction Bureau of Nanshan District, starting from April 18th, Nanshan will launch a "trade-in" housing voucher program, offering up to 50,000 yuan to help improve families settling in Nanshan. The subsidy is targeted at customers who sell second-hand houses in the city and buy new houses in Nanshan. The main application conditions are that the old house must be sold between April 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026, and the new house must be purchased between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. There is no specific order for selling old and buying new houses, and the subsidy is only applicable to residential, commercial apartments, and dormitories. The subsidy standards are as follows: under 90 square meters will receive 20,000 yuan worth of JD electronic consumption vouchers per set, 90-144 square meters will receive 30,000 yuan worth of JD electronic consumption vouchers per set, and over 144 square meters will receive 50,000 yuan worth of JD electronic consumption vouchers per set.
