Auric Investment: Partial pledging and release of pledged shares by the controlling shareholder

Aurijin announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Yuanlong, recently carried out some share pledge and release pledge transactions. On April 15, 21.2 million shares were pledged, accounting for 2.52% of the shares held and 0.83% of the total share capital of the company, for debt repayment; on April 16, 18.4871 million shares were released from pledge, accounting for 2.20% of the shares held and 0.72% of the total share capital of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Shanghai Yuanlong and its concerted action parties have pledged a total of 377.44 million shares, accounting for 43.82% of their total shareholding and 14.75% of the total share capital of the company, without the risk of closure or forced transfer.
