Cap Biology announced that recently, the shareholder Yunnan Zhonghe, who holds more than 5% of shares, has released 554,000 shares pledged to Hongta Securities, accounting for 1.42% of its holdings and 0.09% of the company's total share capital; and has extended the pledge of 6,376,000 shares, accounting for 16.35% of its holdings and 1.02% of the company's total share capital. After the partial release of pledges and pledge extensions, Yunnan Zhonghe has a total of 23,306,000 shares pledged, accounting for 59.76% of its holdings in the company and 3.71% of the company's total share capital, with no risk of liquidation or forced transfer.
