Guangzhou: By the end of 2027, the level of intelligent management of housing construction will be significantly improved.

The Guangzhou New Type Construction Industrialization Joint Conference Office issued the "Guangzhou Action Plan for Promoting the Construction of New Urban Infrastructure to Build a Resilient City". It proposes that by the end of 2027, significant progress will be made in the construction of new urban infrastructure in Guangzhou, a number of intelligent application scenarios will be built, and a number of replicable and scalable experiences and practices will be formed. The diversification of application scenarios of the CIM platform will be expanded, the level of intelligent management of housing construction will be greatly improved, the demonstration of intelligent residential areas and digital home applications will be further promoted, the level of innovation and industrial agglomeration of intelligent construction will steadily increase, pilot applications of "integrated vehicle-road-cloud" in key areas will be innovative and expanded, and the digital level of intelligent municipal infrastructure will be significantly improved.
