On April 16th, in response to investors' questions about "How much does Evergrande owe the company?", Sino-Ocean Group responded on the interactive platform that as of the end of 2025, the total receivables from Evergrande Group and its affiliates amounted to 1.145 billion yuan. The company's investment cost in holding other non-current financial assets of Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited through indirect investment was 100 million yuan.
