Announcement from Allianz Vision: The company intends to jointly establish a joint venture with Shaanxi Kanghui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yuanqi Lianan Robot Technology Co., Ltd., Yang Liangliang, and Mo Lin to carry out the business of leasing computing power servers. The registered capital of the joint venture is 20 million yuan, of which the company will subscribe for and contribute 9.2 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 46% of the registered capital proportion.
