On April 15th, Zhongheng Electric announced that the company recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Hangzhou Zhongheng Technology Investment Co., Ltd., that Zhongheng Technology Investment, its shareholders Mr. Zhu Guoding and Ms. Bao Xiaoru, signed a Strategic Investment Cooperation Framework Agreement with CATL on April 8, 2026. The agreement outlines a framework for CATL's proposed strategic business cooperation with the company and investment in Zhongheng Technology Investment through capital increase. This transaction involves changes in the equity structure of the controlling shareholder Zhongheng Technology Investment, but will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
