Jianye Real Estate announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the sales revenue of property contracts obtained in March was 639 million yuan, an increase of 18.3% compared to the same period last year. The total sales revenue of property contracts obtained in the first quarter of this year was 1.616 billion yuan, a decrease of 23.3% year-on-year.
