The State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television has released the Micro-Drama Excellent Creation and Communication Plan.

At the 13th China Internet Audiovisual Conference opened in Chengdu on the 15th, the State Administration of Radio and Television announced the launch of the Fine Short Drama Creation and Communication Plan, and initiated the "Long March: Our Story" theme micro-drama creation and exhibition activity. The relevant person in charge of the Radio and Television Administration stated that China's micro-drama has transitioned from extensive growth to a key stage of prosperous development, and is currently in a strategic opportunity period of moving towards refinement, digitization, industrialization, and internationalization. The Radio and Television Administration has taken the lead in building a creation guidance system with the concept of "led by the Administration, supported by provincial bureaus, and motivated by platforms", launching the Fine Short Drama Creation and Communication Plan to promote the high-quality development of micro-dramas. The Radio and Television Administration relies on the Internet audiovisual quality support special fund and the Internet audiovisual program quality creation and communication project, focusing on major themes, real life, history, and culture, providing financial support for high-quality projects. Provincial radio and television bureaus will combine local characteristics and actual situations to create high-quality micro-dramas with distinctive regional cultural features. Internet audiovisual platforms will establish special support funds for fine micro-drama, provide practical and strong support for high-quality creation and exhibition, and promote the industry's transition and upgrade from "flow-driven" to "quality content-driven".
