Huishang Bank: Director Chang Mingying resigned due to job changes

On April 15th, Hu Agricultural Commercial Bank announced that the Board of Directors has recently received the resignation letter from Mr. Ying Changming, an employee director of the company. Due to changes in his job, Mr. Ying Changming has resigned from his positions as director of the company and member of the Board's audit committee. The resignation will take effect when it is received by the Board of Directors. After his resignation, Mr. Ying Changming will no longer hold any position in the company.
