ASML raised its full-year sales forecast due to a significant increase in global spending in the field of artificial intelligence, which in turn has driven increased demand for its advanced chip manufacturing equipment. ASML stated that its net sales for the year will be between 36 billion euros (approximately 42.4 billion US dollars) and 40 billion euros, compared to the previous range of 34 billion euros to 39 billion euros. CEO Christophe Fouquet said in a statement, "The outlook for growth in the semiconductor industry continues to be positive, thanks to ongoing investments in AI-related infrastructure. Our customers are accelerating their capacity expansion plans for 2026 and beyond."
