The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing officially released the Group Standard of "Guidelines for Building Enterprise Supply Chain Control Towers" today. The release of this standard will provide systematic technical support and implementation guidance for enterprises to build intelligent and integrated supply chain management centers. According to the introduction, this standard integrates international cutting-edge concepts with practical experience in the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises. It provides systematic guidance for enterprises to build supply chain control towers from the aspects of construction principles, application scenarios, data management, and security management. It also clearly proposes a three-tier technical architecture of "data layer-capability layer-application layer", highlighting the synergy of data integration, intelligent capability building, and application scenario implementation. Among them, the "capability layer" has eight functional modules such as intelligent analysis, prediction, and decision-making, providing a technology path for enterprises to achieve "omniscient perception, precise decision-making, and agile response".
