The release of the "30 Measures for Improving the Business Environment in Guangzhou"

On April 14th, the "30 Measures to Optimize the Business Environment in Guangzhou" were officially released, aiming to drive the systematic improvement of the business environment with greater strength and practical measures. Two government investment parent funds, the Guangzhou Industrial Development Fund and the Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Fund, with a total scale of 20 billion yuan were established to incubate 100 vertically segmented large models with market competitiveness and to launch over 500 "small-cutting" reforms. This groundbreaking document is focused on enhancing the sense of access for enterprises, based on the service concept of "no interference in trivial matters, responding to demands", and introduces 30 specific measures with full gold content in six aspects including government services, factor guarantees, industrial ecology, external openness, regulatory environment, and long-term implementation, aiming to create the best industrial ecosystem, the optimal government services, and the lowest comprehensive cost business environment.
