Super Research Co., Ltd. announced that China CITIC Construction Fund - China Merchants Bank - China CITIC Construction Fund - Win-Win 41 employees participating in the strategic placement collective asset management plan currently hold 5,895,522 shares, accounting for 1.38% of the total share capital of the company. It is planned to reduce holdings by no more than 3,537,300 shares, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital, through block trades or centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date, from May 8, 2026 to August 7, 2026. The selling price will be determined based on the market price at that time.
