Baosheng: Investors' sensitivity to daily Middle East news may decrease.
Christian Gattiker of Swiss Baosheng stated in a research report that investors may be becoming less sensitive to daily news from the Middle East. The research director said, "After weeks of geopolitical dominance, investors are likely to cautiously return to a more 'normal' market mechanism - one centered around macroeconomic data and company fundamentals." In the United States, producer price data, industrial output, and the Federal Reserve's Beige Book will provide clues to inflation dynamics and basic economic momentum. Investors will also closely monitor China's economic data, such as total retail sales of consumer goods and industrial added value, to assess its economic strength.
