Lucky Air: Holders of some shares of the controlling shareholder have released their pledge and re-pledged them.

Juneyao Airlines announced that its controlling shareholder Juneyao Group holds 955.35 million shares of the company, accounting for 43.74%. On April 10, it released a pledge of 26.5 million shares, accounting for 2.77% of its holdings; the same day, it pledged 28 million shares, accounting for 2.93%, to provide performance guarantees for debts. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Juneyao Group and its concerted actors have pledged a total of 744.30 million shares, accounting for 75.07% of the total shares held by the company. Juneyao Group and Juneyao Investment have good credit ratings, with controllable pledge risks and currently no risks of liquidation.
